Waiting for the Parade, directed by Melinda Oliver, is a celebrated Canadian play set during the turmoil of World War II. The story follows five women in Calgary as they cope with the absence of their husbands and sons. Through wit and resilience, the women navigate the challenges of the home front, finding strength and solidarity in the process. The play also features beloved songs from the 1940s, performed live by the remarkable cast.
